Seager Marine Spring Perch Tournament 2022 Rules

1. The tournament will be held on Canandaigua Lake only.
2. Pre-Register by mail: $40 per team. Team is 1 or up to 3 persons.
3. Late Registration: No late registration for this tournament. Must be registered by Friday, April 8, 2022.
4. This is a team tournament. A team will consist of one or up to three anglers on one boat.
5. Tournament Hours: 6:00am to 3:00 pm. All times are cell phone times.
6. You may not start fishing until 6:00 am and must stop fishing at 3:00 pm.
7. There is no rain date scheduled at this time. The tournament committee can and will cancel the tournament if we feel it is not safe to be on the water.
8. N.Y.S. Fishing regulations will dictate techniques used to catch fish.
9. Teams may weigh-in five (5) Perch for total weight.
10. Heaviest fish will be the tiebreaker. In the event of a complete tie, the place will be split.
11. No culling at the scales. You must have your heaviest fish picked out and will be weighed first, then add remaining fish for total weight.
12. All fish (Perch) being weighed must be alive.
13. All teams weighing in must be at the Seager Marine dock and checked in with the tournament staff no later than 3:30pm weigh-in start.

14. Pay outs:
• 1st 40 % of all tournament entry fees paid plus Bragging Plaques
• 2nd 30 % of all tournament entry fees paid plus Bragging Plaques
• 3rd 20 % of all tournament entry fees paid plus Bragging Plaques
• 4th 10 % of all tournament entry fees paid plus Bragging Plaques
• Payouts will be 100% of the entry fees

15. ALL DECISIONS MADE BY THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR ARE FINAL.
All winners may be subject to a polygraph test if requested by any official. Disqualification by polygraph will allow all other winners below that person to advance up one position. Any cheating will be publicly exposed and made available along with Tournament Results to the local newspapers.
