We are committed to building on East Bluff Harbor’s reputation of excellent service and strong storage offerings, while expanding access to rentals, enhancing amenities, and elevating overall guest experience.

About Us

East Bluff Harbor has been a full-service marina operating on Keuka Lake for over 40 years. Located on the bluff just outside Penn Yan in the heart of the Finger Lakes, we serve local boaters, seasonal visitors, and everyone in between. Now under Seager Marine’s leadership, we continue to emphasize high quality storage, dependable service, and accessible rentals in a beautiful setting.

Keuka Lake & Surroundings

Keuka Lake is one of the Finger Lakes, approximately 23 miles long, crystal clear, and surrounded by scenic hills and vineyards. It’s known for excellent fishing, boating, winery tourism, charming towns, and beautiful summer recreation.

Penn Yan provides local amenities, dining, and easy access to neighboring Finger Lakes. From East Bluff Harbor you’re also within driving distance of:

Hammondsport and vineyards on the southern end of Keuka Lake

Other Finger Lakes such as Seneca and Cayuga

Rochester, NY (~1.5-2 hours northwest)

Corning, NY (~1 hour to the south)
