Must provide 7 days notice or forfeit deposit.
Incliment weather policy
For the safety of our guests and crew, experiences may be delayed, modified, or canceled under the following conditions:
Sustained winds exceeding 15 mph or consistent gusts over 20 mph
Thunder and lightning present for more than 30% of the scheduled experience duration
In the event of inclement weather, decisions will be made by the captain and management team with safety as the top priority the day of the reservation and not before. Guests will be notified of any changes as early as possible.
