- All participants are required to wear life jackets at all times.
- We ask all paddlers to remain within the bay during your rental. Rentals are not permitted beyond the bay or out on Lake Ontario.
- Do not enter active boat channels or swim areas near Kershaw Park.
- Remain mindful of boat traffic at all times.
- All equipment must be returned on time; additional charges apply for late returns.
- No alcohol consumption is permitted while using kayaks or paddleboards.
- Fishing is not permitted from kayaks or paddleboards.
Cancelation policy
Must provide 7 days notice or forfeit deposit.
Incliment weather policy
Winds exceeding 15 mph or storms present though durations Inclement weather will be decided day of and not before.
